Emma Valtonen has more than a decade of experience in DJing, and you can spot her regularly in the booths of Helsinki venues such as Post Bar, Ääniwalli and Kaiku, as well as various underground locations. Her sets typically build on an energizing compound of jacking techno and high-powered house, emphasizing catchy rhythmic hooks, solid basslines and dubby soundscapes.

Kyynelsilmä (Elena Nestorova) blends a wide range of styles, from deep house and house to underground slow beats, always delivering a golden selection of carefully selected tracks. A passionate vinyl collector, Elena draws her inspiration from independent labels and underground artists from around the world.

Her style is open, versatile, and conversational, seamlessly moving between genres while maintaining a coherent and tempting atmosphere. Whether she’s playing a warm-up set or diving into deeper sonic territories, Kyynelsilmä creates a unique journey through sound.
